Description

From us to you, these are heavy duty tandem axle trailer plans, fully engineered and ready to build.  Your choice with this design — in these trailer plans you can choose 7000 lbs or 10,000 lbs total capacity with a matching set of 3500 lb axles, or a 5200 lb tandem axle set.  Some beams also change to make this accommodation, but the instructions give all the detail.

Tandem Axle Trailer Plans Loading Analysis
Analysis:  10K Trailer frame at one of many max loading conditions.  Deflection is 25 times the actual for visualizing.

While the base design is the flatbed, in these plans the options rule.  We always recommend choosing options that make the trailer right for you.  Build it to meet your needs.

Choose things like length, total capacity, various sides and gates and ramps or deck style because the design is for you.  Make the trailer that’s perfect for you.  This is a big, strong, utility trailer, and the design is very tough for continual use.
